General advising includes housing information, schedules for public transportation, applications for personal banking in U.S., and other general information. Students may contact Student Services to receive general information.

Academic Advising
Academic Advising is provided to students by the Chief Academic Officer for academic needs that include, but are not limited to, admissions and class registration.

Career Services
Evergreen Academy also provides academic pathway advising and assistance in the preparationof the resume upon student request. These services are provided at no cost to the student.

Tutoring Services
The tutoring service is an integral part of academic success. Students are welcome for tutoring service by contacting their teachers or visiting them during their office hours. Private tutoring services are also available at additional fees depending not their schedule needs

International Student Advising
International Student Advising is provided by the International Student Advisors (P/DSO). For more information, please contact the International Student Advisor:

Housing Services
The school does not provide student housing; however, there are many private housing and home stay opportunities around the campus. The Student Services Office may assist students finding appropriate housing. A range of cost of housing in Northern Virginia is between $500 and $2,000.

Disability Services
The school is committed to accommodating students with physical and learning disabilities. Accommodations and other support services are managed by the Academic and Student Service Offices and are tailored to meet the needs of each individual student. It is recommended that new students with special needs contact the Student Service Advisor early in their first session to arrange for support services.
